NOTES:

  • Students must be PhD candidates at the time of registration. Please verify by uploading during online registration a scanned copy of your valid student ID card or an official certificate from your Academic Institution.
  • Research Assistants & Trainees should verify by uploading during online registration an official certificate from your Institution 

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

The Meeting Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ([email protected]) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Meeting in October 2025.

For cancellations received Refund
by 26th June 2025 refund of the registration fee less 25 € administrative charge applies
from 27th June 2025 50% refund of the registration fee
from 1st September 2025 no refund
